This is the best homemade apple pie recipe you gonna make! It has a flaky crust with butter and a filling pleasant, slightly seasoned with apple pie. Best served with vanilla or chocolate icecream and sprinkled with white sugar powder.

Let's start

Apple Pie Recipe


In a deep plate add 1 cup of flour and using a spoon make a hole. (as shown in video)


Next add 1/4 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 egg white and then mix together with a whisk. (when the dough starts to form, use your hands to knead)


Now add 1/4 cup of milk and then refrigerate the dough until ready to use.


For the filling peel 4 green apples, then take out the spine apple and shred the apples in a large pot.


After that add 1/2 cup of water and stir everything at medium heat.


Next add 1/2 cup of sugar and stir well. 


Now scrape lemon zest over it and stir. (use a mixer if you want to get a smoother composition)


Sprinkle some flour before using the dough and then shape it into a large disk.


Next bring a oven pan and use a butter cube to grease it (sprinkle flour to keep dough from sticking to the pan)


Place the dough in the pan and use a knife to cut out the excess. (use the excess dough to decorate the sides)


Bring the apple composition, add 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 egg, then stir well.


Now pour the filling in the pan and use a spatula to even it out.


Leave it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 356F / 180C.


Best served with vanilla or chocolate icecream. Bon appetit!
