Summer has come, and this traditional French recipe of Clafoutis with Cherries it’s a creamy dessert filled with fresh fruits, or in our case, cherries. This dessert can be served with vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients

  • Fresh Cherries 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Butter 4 cubes (melted)
  • Vanilla sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Sugar powder

Let's start

Take a large bowl and add 1 cup of flour

Now add 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tbsp vanilla sugar and start mixing the ingredients

After you’re done with the mixing, add 1/2 cup of milk and 4 eggs and keep mixing them

Now add 4 melted butter cubes and whisk until smooth

Bring a pan, grease it with butter and add 2 cups of fresh cherries

Pour the mix with batter on top and take it to the oven

Bake for 35 minutes at 350F / 180 C

After the Clafoutis with Cherries is done, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top

Best serve it with vanilla ice cream.
