Milk Pasta Pudding with Strawberry Topping
This Milk Pasta Pudding recipe is the dessert you are looking for! Much like a good rice pudding, the key is to cook the pasta in the milk low and slow until the milk reduces and becomes a custard-like sauce. Finished with a vibrant strawberry “red sauce” and chocolate topping with peaches slices, this dessert is as fun to serve (hot or cold) as it is delicious to eat.
Milk Pasta Pudding
First, pour 5 cups of milk in a large pot to boil.
Next add the pasta and cook on medium heat until the milk starts to boil. (keep stirring so it doesn’t stick)
Now add water to the raisins and leave them for a couple of minutes.
Put the fresh cheese in a large bowl, add 1 cup of sugar and mix it well together.
Now add 3 eggs and mix well until the composition turns yellowish.
When done with the mixing, add the raisins and start mixing again.
Next add the pasta and milk and mix them well.
Take the butter cube and grease the pan you use for the oven.
Now fill the pan with the milk pasta mixture.
Cook it in the over for 30 minutes at 356 F / 180 C.
Serve it cold or hot with strawberry topping and powdered sugar
You can even ornate it with peaches slices and/or chocolate topping.
Looks delicious right? Bon appetite!
