Pistachio Ice Cream Cake
This Pistachio Ice Cream Cake is the perfect frozen dessert you can make for your family or friends! This is a really easy dessert recipe with melted chocolate, pistachio and milk.
Pistachio Ice Cream Cake
First, use a pot of water and bring to a boil. Place a deep plate on top of the pot and add the chocolate bar to melt. (stir so that the chocolate melts faster)
Next, add 3 eggs in a deep plate and then add 1/2 cup of sugar and start whisking well. Add a little bit of salt and keep whisking.
Next add 1 cup of milk in a large bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Now add the melted chocolate to the whisked eggs. (mix well until a homogeneous composition is obtained)
When the composition is homogeneous add the pistachio and mix well.
Next place a plastic wrap inside an container then pour the Pistachio ice cream cake inside.
Leave it in the freezer for 4 hours before serving.
