Preparing the ingredients for the curry
First take 4 onions and chop finely and add them in to a bowl.
Now take the 3 heads of garlic and chop them, then add them to a bowl.
Take the chicken breast and cut them in cubes.
Making the Chicken Apple Curry
In a large frying pan add few drops of cooking oil.
Now let’s add the ingredients. First add the chopped onions and mix a little.
Then add the diced chicken breast to the pan with the chopped onion and mix them well.
When the chicken cubes reach a whitish color, add about 5 tbsp of white wine.
Next, add pieces of a bay leaf and the chopped garlic.
Now add salt and pepper and mix them well.
When the water has almost evaporated from the pan, add the curry powder and mix.
After that, add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and let it boil for couple of minutes.
Then add 1 cup of milk to the chicken curry and stir and leave it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add some chopped parsley and leave it for few minutes to steam.
Grilling the apples
Peel and slice a few apples.
Now grill the apple slices into a pan for a few minutes.
And add the grilled apple slices to the dish.
