Chicken Tortilla Wrap
For people who are maintaining a healthy diet, these chicken tortilla wraps are absolutely perfect for them! These delicious chicken tortilla wraps are 100% homemade and very easy to make and can be served as lunch or dinner.
First, remove the bone from the chicken legs and breast.
Then cut the meat into cubes and place in a bowl, add 3 tbsp of bell pepper paste.
Now add garlic powder, oregano, apple vinegar, smoked paprika powder, salt & pepper and olive oil.
Next, take the mango and cut it in cubes and place in a bowl or deep plate.
Cut the pomegranate in half, remove the seeds and mix them with the mango cubes.
In a large oven pan put the chicken cubes and cover it with aluminium foil.
Cook it in the oven for 30 minutes at 356 F / 180 C.
In another oven pan add the pomegranate & mango mixture.
Next add few drops of aromatic oil and rosemary, then cover with aluminium foil.
Cook it in the oven for 10 minutes at 356 F / 180 C.
Tortilla dough
Now let’s make the tortilla dough by adding 2 cups of flour in a large bowl.
Next add salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of water, then mix. (when done let it rest for 10 minutes)
For the mayo
Add 1 tbsp of mustard, 2 eggs, cooking oil, salt & pepper, dried spicy chilli and mix them well. (use a mixer for a fast & better mayo results)
Making the homemade tortillas
Cut the dough in smaller portions and use a dough roller to make the tortillas.
Cook the tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned.

Take the onions and chop them. Next, chop the cheddar and cheese slices.
Now take 1 tortilla, add salad, few drops of mayo. Then add the chopped onion, cheese, cheddar, chicken, mango and pomegranate.
