Chilli con carne
This great Chilli con Carne with Kidney Beans dish originated in northern Mexico or southern Texas, has to be one of the best dishes to serve to your loved ones and friends for a casual meeting. It’s a spicy stew containing chili peppers (sometimes chili powder), meat (usually beef), and often kidney beans and tomatoes.
Start by chopping 1 chilli pepper, 2 onions and 1 garlic then add them to a bowl
Now let’s mince the beef and the pork meat (if you don’t already have minced meat)
After you’re done with the meat add salt & pepper
Start mixing the meat with the chopped garlic
When you’re done put the minced beef & pork into a bowl
Let’s get the veggies! Chop 3 bell peppers and add them to your bowl of chopped chilli peppers and onions
In a preheated cooking pan add few drops of cooking oil
Then add the vegetable mix and salt & pepper
Now add the minced meat mixture and start stirring well
After mixing well add the kidney beans
Next add the tomato sauce and mix well
Add juice from a lime, paprika powder and salt & pepper
If to thick add extra water
