Let’s start preparing the ingredients for Duck Breast pineapple recipe by cutting the pineapple in half.
Then remove the inside of the pineapple fruit.
Chop the core of the pineapple into cubes and put them in a bowl.
Take the duck breast and cut the skin lightly.
Now place the duck breast in a frying pan and let it fry in it’s own grease. (cook it on both sides)
After that, fry the pineapple cubes in the fat left from the duck breast and then add 3 tbsp of brown sugar.
Next, cut the fried duck breast to pieces.
Now fill half of the pineapple shell with the fried pineapple cubes, then add the duck breast pieces.
Add the remaining fried pineapple on top of the duck breast.
Add himalayan salt
Leave it in the oven for 15 minutes at 240C / 460F
