Fish and seafood soup
Start with decorticating a few shrimps and then add the shrimps shells with few drops of oil in a heated pot. (it will make a great flavored stock)
Next cut the fish, calamari and shrimps in small cubes.
Remove the shrimps shells from the pot, then add the fish, shrimps and calamari cubes. (stir well)
Now slice a leek, celeriac, bell pepper and then add them to the pot. (mix it all together)
After that peel a few garlic cloves, remove the centered sprout (bitter taste), then slice the cloves and add to the pot.
Next add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of soy sauce and stir well. (add a bit of ground pepper)
Now cut a lime in half and add the juice to your pot.
Add the western sauce and water and stir well.
Prepare some bell pepper and chives slices for the final dish.
Add more salt and oyster sauce if needed and some parsley.
