Ingredients

  • Pastry dough
  • Eggs 4 
  • Bacon
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Egg plant
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • Butter
  • Oregano
  • Salt & pepper

Let's start

First, take the zucchini, egg plant and carrorts and cut them in thin slices and put them in a deep plate. (don’t use the core of the egg plant)

Now take the sheet of pastry dough and spread it with a rolling pin.

Next bring an oven pan, grease it with butter and then place the pastry dough sheet in it. (remove any excess dough and keep it for later use)

Now let’s make the flower tart by rolling the vegetables slices one over the other. (as shown in our video)

Next, among the vegetable slices and add slices of bacon.

After you’re done with the flower tart, you can use the excess pastry dough to ornate the pan.

In a deep bowl add 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, oregano, salt & pepper and mix well.

Pour the composition on top of the tart and leave it in the oven for 25 minutes at 356 F / 180 C.
