An quick and easy dinner appetizer recipe for delicious grilled peppers stuffed with goat and cow cheese mix and herbs (spinach & scallions). This is the perfect appetizer for your family fancy dinner!
Grilled Peppers stuffed with Goat & Cow cheese mix
First add salt to a heated pan and then grill the peppers for few minutes on each side. (make a cut with a knife on the back of the pepper)
After that take them out on a plate and add 2 butter cubes to the pan.
When the butter has almost melted add the spinach.
Next chop a few scallions and then chop the spinach, also.
Now mash the goat cheese and mix with mashed cow cheese.
After add the chopped spinach and scallions to the mix.
Now fill the peppers with the cheese and herbs mix. (use a spoon for this)
Leave the grilled stuffed peppers in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes.
