Polenta Bowl with Chicken Pork and Veggies
Polenta is one of the oldest Italian dish of boiled cornmeal. It can serve as the basis for many delicious gluten-free dinners. Our recipe includes Chicken, Pork, Veggetables and Fried eggs. This is a great dinner idea you can make for your family or loved ones.
Polenta Chicken Pork Veggies
Start by boiling 6 cups of water
Add salt and a few drops of oil
Now add 1 cup of cornmeal and whisk constantly to prevent lumps
Continue until it thickens
Chop 2 onions and 2 peppers
Chop the pork loin into cubes
In a preheated cooking pan add the chopped onions and peppers
Add oil, salt & pepper and start mixing them
Now add the chicken hearts and the pork cubes
Drop a few cherry tomatoes, then add a bit of salt & pepper
Add diced garlic, chilli pepper and some chopped stallion and stir well
Now, make a hole in the polenta and add the mixture from the pan
Cut the cheese in cubes and add them in the p0lenta bowl
Leave it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180C/356F
Now fry 2-3 eggs and then add them to the polenta bowl
