  • Steak (thick slices)
  • Chorizo
  • Pickled mustard seeds
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Butter
  • Celery sticks
  • Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

Let's start

First, using a mold ring, make a hole through each steak.

Now add salt and pepper on each steak on both sides.

Next place the pork chops in an oven dish, then add pickled mustard seeds on the steaks and make sure you rub and cover everything.

After that, stack the pork chops on top of each other.

Now add some chopped garlic and 1 cube of butter inside the hole.

Next fill the hole with chorizo sausages, celery sticks and rosemary.

Last step: Cook the pork chops in the oven for 50 minutes at 356F/180C.
