This grilled Pork Steak Barbecue with melted cheese is juicy and fantastic, and the texture is outstanding. Bread Dough

First let’s heat the grill well
When the grill is ready put some grill bricks to bake the potatoes and the bread
Making the bread dough
1 cup of white flour
1 tbsp fresh yeast
1/2 cup of water
salt & pepper
oregano and parsley
Now start mixing with your hand.
When you’re done let the dough to rest for atleast half an hour
Marinade
4 tbsp butter
fresh thyme
crushed garlic
infused oil
fresh parsley
chilli flakes
smoked paprika
worcester sauce (optional)
Start mixing the ingredients and let it heat up next to your grill
Potatoes
Cut the potatoes in half, place them on the bricks
Put some olive oil, salt and pepper
Turn them on each sides
If you want a crunchy texture just put the bread from the bricks to the grill
Melted cheese
In a pot add:
liquid cream
brick of cheese
thyme
garlic
salt & pepper
Let it melt on the grill
Pork Steak Barbecue
Place the pork steak on the grill and brush it with the special marinade
The bread dough is ready now!
Cut the dough in half
Add butter and garlic powder then roll the dough and make baguettes out of it and place them on the grill bricks
Add some cherry tomatoes to the grill
