Sea Bass Fillets with Wheat Sprouts & Vegetables
Sea bass fillets are beautifully cooked, delicate and full of flavor! A easy-to-cook recipe that is ready in just half on hour. This dish is just gorgeous and so easy to impress your family and friends!
Start by dicing the tomato, olives and garlic cloves and mix them together
After that add some chopped parsley and almonds
Now pour some lime juice (or lemon juice), salt & pepper, few drops of oil and start mixing well
Let’s get to the fish now!
If you do not already have sea bass fillets, we will show you the method of cleaning and obtaining these fish fillets
First remove it’s head
Carefully fillet the fish with a knife close to the back spine
Remove any excess skin
If you’re done with the fish put a pan to heat
Add few drops of oil in the frying pan and add salt & pepper to the sea bass fillets
Take the fillets, roll and tie them with the skin on the outside
Now put the sea bass rolls in the frying pan and cook them on both sides
Serve it with the vegetables mix and on top add some wheat sprouts, chopped parsley and lemon
