Stuffed Chicken Thighs
Boneless stuffed chicken thighs with bacon and cheese is the perfect recipe to please everyone! Cripsy on the outside with a cheesy savory filling, it’s a easy and simple recipe you can make for any occasion!
First, remove the bone from the chicken legs and make two holes in the skin, as shown.
Now take the onion, chilli pepper and chop it, then add them to a deep plate.
Take 2-3 garlic cloves and dice them, then add them to the plate.
Next take the chicken thighs, add few drops of oil on the inside, add salt and pepper.
Stuffed Chicken Thighs
Take 1 slice of bacon, and insert it through the holes in the chicken thighs.
Now add 1 slice of cheese, some veggie mix, spinach leaves and 1 bacon slice then roll it together.
Use a string to tighten them together. (do the same for the other chicken thighs)
For the sauce
Boil a dark beer, then add pine nuts, few drops of soy sauce, then salt and pepper. (whisk thoroughly)
Now brush the stuffed chicken thighs with the sauce.
Cook them in the oven for 30 minutes at 392F / 200C.
