Ingredients

  • Pork 1 lb. / 0.5 kg
  • Bacon
  • Carrots 3
  • Celery sticks 3-4
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Barbeque powder
  • Honey mustard sauce
  • Salt & pepper

Let's start

First, peel few carrots and cut a few celery sticks.

Next cut the peeled carrots in strips.

Now cut the meat on the edges so you can untie it exactly as it looks in the video.

After that, add barbeque powder, oregano seeds and salt & pepper.

Next, use a plastic foil and a meat mallet to tenderize the pork.

Now add the dried tomatoes, the carrots strips and the celery sticks and then wrap them in bacon.

Next roll it together and use toothpicks to secure the steak roll.

After add barbeque powder, salt & pepper.

In a oven pan, put a baking sheet and then place the pork roll.

Add a few drops of oil and rub it in.

Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes at 356F / 180C.
