  • Whole chicken
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Sausage
  • Cheddar
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Onion
  • Red pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Prosseco
  • Paprika powder
  • Lemon
  • Salt & pepper

Let's start

Let’s start by chopping the some parsley and dice some garlic cloves

Add them to a bowl with sour cream and mix well

Stuffing the Chicken

Now take the whole chicken and fill it between the skin and the meat with this composition as in the video you are watching.

Take a pyrex dish, grease it with the sour cream mixture and add few drops of olive oil

Cut potatoes in large pieces and place them in the pyrex dish

Chop 1 onion and 1 red pepper in large pieces and fill the chicken with them

Now cut the sausage and stuff inside the chicken

Finally add rosemary and rub the chicken with your sour cream mix

Tying the legs helps the chicken roast evenly and keep its shape, so it looks gorgeous when you bring it to the table.

Add salt and pepper on the chicken and pour some water in the pyrex dish

Cook it in the over for 35 minutes at 392F / 200C

Melted cheese

In a large pot add add diced cheddar, diced garlic, sour cream and a little prosseco

After the cheese melted add some paprika powder
