Ingredients

  • Shrimps
  • Calamari
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Pepper 1
  • Grapefruit 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Scallion
  • Cooking oil
  • Red wine
  • Rosemary
  • Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Let's start

Fried shrimp calamari salad

Cut the calamari into small cubes then add them to a bowl.

Remove shrimp head, loaf and offal and put it together with the calamari cubes into a bowl.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half then add them to a bowl.

Mince the garlic and then dice the pepper.

Now slice the grapefruit and separate the pulp from it’s outer skin.

Dice the scallion.

Now preheat a frying pan and add few drops of cooking oil.

Add the calamari cubes in the pan and the rosemary and stir.

After couple of minutes add the shrimps and keep stirring.

Now add the minced garlic and red wine and stir.

In a bowl, toss the vegetables with the grapefruit.

Add oil, then salt and pepper.

Now add the parsley and start mixing.

Now take a dish and place the veggies with the grapefruit.

Add the fried shrimp calamari salad on top and you’re done. Bon appetite!
