Shrimps Salad Recipe
Fresh Shrimps Salad recipe is a light and refreshing salad that requires almost no cooking! It can be served in many ways and is a perfect dish for summer in particular. It feels like being on vacation by the seashore!
Shrimps salad recipe
Start with a large bowl and add the valerian salad
Now chop a fresh carrot and add it to the salad bowl
Add half a cup of sweet corn
Chop a bell pepper then add it to your vegetables bowl
Then cut the cherry tomatoes into strips
Take the shrimps, decorticate them and add salt & pepper
Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg and then in bread crumps
After you’re done, preheat oil in a deep pan
Now dip fry the shrimps
(the shrimp will cook very quickly)
Cook them on both sides untill golden brown
When done transfer them to a paper towel to drain the oil
Chop some chives and add them to the rest of the vegetables
Add salt & pepper, few drops of oil and start stirring with a spoon
