These delicious and creamy stuffed mushrooms with bacon blue cheese & mozzarella are the perfect appetizer on your home menu. They’re super easy to make and don’t take much time to cook like some other stuffed mushroom recipes.
Stuffed Mushrooms with Bacon Cheese & Mozzarella
First, let’s clean the mushrooms with water and then remove the stem (stalk) of each mushroom. (the stalk/stem is also editable)
Next, remove the underside of each mushroom with the help of a spoon. (as shown in our video)
Now let’s start filling those mushrooms caps.
First add salt & pepper and then 1 cube of blue cheese, chopped bacon and mozzarella. (do the same for the other mushroom caps)
Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 570F / 300C for about 25 minutes.
After they are done, while they are still hot, add the shredded cheddar cheese.
