This simple and easy to prepare tuna wrap recipe, was created especially for busy people. With crunchy veggies, and fresh rucola salad wrapped inside a tortilla, this grab-n-go healthy lunch tuna wrap is ready in just 15 minutes! As a healthier alternative to mayonnaise, hummus or mashed avocado and a squeeze of lemon juice can be used in the preparation of tuna salad.
Tuna wrap recipe
First, cut the cucumber, red pepper and tomatoes into strips.
Put the tuna on a deep plate, add rucola, lemon juice, mayo, scallions, salt and pepper and start mixing the ingredients.
Now bring the tortilla and add some shredded cheddar cheese.
Next add the tuna mix on a side and then add the tomatoes, cucumber and the red pepper strips.
Add a little more salt and pepper.
Wrap it and grill it for couple of minutes! (turn the wrap on each side to cook)
Do the same for the rest of the tortillas.
